At Completely Clean we guarantee all of our work. If you are dissatisfied with anything we do, simply give us a call within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will come back and make it right. Please note, we aren't a restoration company but we will scrub and clean to the best of our ability.
We do not offer refunds on any cleanings. Our commitment is to do the job right the first time, or to provide a re-cleaning at no charge if we missed anything.

Completely Clean is always willing to customize your cleaning to meet your unique needs and budget. Please note that some extras may require additional charges.

Quality – If you are not happy with your cleaning for any reason, please call the office within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will make arrangements to come back to make it right.
Breakage – Our technicians are extremely careful with our customer’s belongings. However, accidents can happen. When they do, our policy is to inform you immediately. We will pay up to $100 per breakage item, when the value is verified. Please move expensive figurines, art and glassware to a safe location when we are in your home to clean.
Easy, just tell us how the technicians can gain entry into your home when you make your booking. Most customers leave a key under the mat, in a lock box, or provide a code for the door so that we can get in and out of their home for the service when they are not home. Our teams are very trustworthy and will be sure to lock up afterwards.
Rescheduling/Cancelling/Skipping a Service: To reschedule your cleaning appointment please email us at thecompletecleanservices@gmail or call Completely Clean at 360.774.3290 during business hours (7:00a.m. – 6:00p.m.
One time cleanings: A 50% non-refundable deposit at time of scheduling to reserve your cleaning time slot. Fee is subtracted from service fee at time of service. Credit card required, no exceptions.
Late Reschedule/Cancellation/Skip 72 hour, Lock-Out Fees, Delay of Service:
If service appointment is rescheduled/canceled/skipped less than 72 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% or of your scheduled service cost will be charged or $80 (whichever is more).
We must adhere strictly to this policy to prevent lost wages for your Cleaning Professional(s).
72 hour or less Reschedule/Cancellation/Skip Or Lock-Out Fee: If you reschedule/cancel/skip 72 hours or less or if your Cleaning Professional is unable to enter the property the day of, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled service cost. We must adhere strictly to this policy to prevent lost wages for your Cleaning Professional(s).
If you reschedule/cancel/skip more than 2 times in a year we will be forced to give your time slot to another client that is on our standby list. We do not offer a snowbird type cleaning as our staff depend on a year round career.
Delay in Access: If you insist on a specific time, please be advised that if our scheduling does have any down/wait time that we will try our best to work with you to meet your needs. We may need to charge you an additional fee to cover the time that employees are asked to wait before accessing your home or place of business.
50% of all cancellation fees go directly to the assigned Cleaning Professional(s).
Yes. We carry general liabilities insurance and all of our cleaners are bonded. We take the security of your home very seriously and do everything we can to make sure we are all protected.
